Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to reconcile the situation,  including a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 


We must be contacted within 14 days of the purchase date.   

To return an item, please email us at to initiate the process. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  We will review your request and reply promptly with a return address to use.  

After receiving your return and inspecting it, we will process your return, exchange or store credit.   Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your  return, exchange or store credit.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
